  The rugs are fine, I guess. They feel like they belong in a dorm room. We thought we'd buy locally rather than order on Amazon, hoping for higher quality and to keep our money in town. We'd just moved into our apartment, measured out what we wanted, and placed the order. Our stuff arrived, and we held off unloading many things in the hopes the rugs would come soon. We called and were told that what we'd ordered wasn't in stock so they'd upgraded to a higher pile but it would take longer. A few days later (over a week after the initial expected delivery date), I was told they were on the truck for delivery for the next day. I called the next day, wondering when they'd be in. The woman who answered the phone told me our sales associate would call us back. Toward the end of the day, having not heard anything, I called again. The same woman told me that the rugs had arrived, yes, but they were not bound yet. Based on our earlier conversation, I thought she'd known I was expecting delivery that day. I was annoyed. A few days later (now two weeks past initial promised date), I got a call asking me to confirm the dimensions. I expected they would read my order back to me, so I said, "Go ahead." "No... what dimensions did you want?" Keep in mind, it had been more than two weeks since we'd placed the order. And when we went in with our piece of paper with dimensions, our sales associate entered them into the computer. I no longer had the piece of paper. "OK," I said. "I know the purple one was supposed to be 8' x 10'," I said. "And the other?" "I don't remember." "OK, we'll figure it out." The purple rug, the larger of the two, was for my daughter's bedroom. I wanted her to have her entire floor covered so we could comfortably play on the ground, build Legos, etc. I could see as the truck pulled up that the purple was the smaller of the two. WHY CALL TO "CONFIRM" THE DIMENSIONS IF YOU DON'T USE WHAT I LITERALLY JUST TOLD YOU ON THE PHONE? The delivery man told me that my sales associate would be calling me to discuss my unhappiness, but I never heard from him. I wish we'd ordered from Amazon. Then we could have had much faster delivery and responsive customer service.
