  I got a washer and dryer from this location. The dryer was damaged and tore up several pieces of clothing. They said they would be out before 4pm. And give me a loaner and send mine in for repair. It's now 4:30 pm. And they still not here. When I called to find out where they were, a guy named Steve answered the phone and said they were behind because of the rain. I said it hasn't rained here and it's been sunny all day. He was very uncaring. Poor poor customer service!!! I was supposed to pick up my heart medicine but waited because they were going to be here sometime before 4. Now it's too late to pick up my medicine and I'm having heart palpitations. I have been a customer of Aaron's for 15 years and have never had such a horrible experience. This would have never happened at the Spring Texas store! Brandon the store manager there runs a tight ship. His people give great and friendly customer service. Very dissatisfied customer!
